Income Certificate

Income Certificate form can be obtained from Mamit DC Office, Facilitation Centre.

Documents to be attached along with the form:

• Original Voter ID (for verification purpose), a Xerox copy , self attested is required. Or a Xerox copy of the voter ID attested by a gazetted officer .
• For Government Employees last pay certificate countersigned by DDO/Head Of Department.
• For unemployed, a consent letter from Local Council/Village Council.
• For unemployed but whose income is more than 10,00,000(ten lakhs),an affidavit must be attached.
